Dear Santa...

I was inspired by another blogger today who sat down with his young son to write his first letter to Santa.  I’ve been going to help Noah write a letter to Santa too, so today seemed like a great time to get it done.
I hope that you all will enjoy Noah’s first letter to Santa word for word as he told me what to write!  When you’re five you don’t have a lot of time for stuff like this, so I think we were lucky to get what we got!  Enjoy!

Dear Santa,
I want a dragon and a dinosaur for Christmas.  Hey Dragon and Dinosaur both start with D Grandma!
I been playing with my friends at recess. I share all the toys at Center time in school GRANDMA Center time is supposed to start with S!  Can I write a 9 for you?
Do you really watch me Santa?  Ummm  I cleaned my room by myself two times, but I don't like to make my bed very much. But I did make my bed anyway, probably at least four times right Grandma?
I been helping Ben learn his letters in sign language.   I think I picked up my toys two or a bunch of times.  Two starts with T.   How about a airplane and a helicopter and a jet plane? Oh a jet-helicopter-plane!  That would be fun.  I would like you to bring me a new one of these cars.  This one is Landin’s so I need a new one.
Should I tell Santa if I was naughty Grandma?  Nahhh I shouldn’t tell him that, he might not bring me a dinosaur.  Well, sometimes I am a little naughty, but usually I’m not naughty very much. Just sometimes.  I been trying to be good every day.
I would like you to bring Frizzle Fry a toy mouse and Bob a ball. They have not been good.  Well, sometimes they are good.  Frizzle Fry climbs on the screen and that’s not good.  I don’t want to buy them a toy with my own money, they aren’t that good, but you can bring them a toy because I think they try to be good but it's cold outside and its hard.   Nevermind, they don’t get a toy.
I want to be Santa because I can watch people and see if they are naughty or good, that’s why.   Now can I be done?
I will be a very good boy til Christmas Santa, now draw him a heart Grandma.  Tell him I will share my toys at play time.  I have to go play my game now, bye.

Love,
Noah

Love, love, love that little boy!  So, what's on YOUR list for Santa this year?
I hope you're enjoying Christmas festivities, and remembering The Reason For The Season!
